Customers are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before recording conversations.

No illegal use, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Utteranz retains ownership of the software platform and associated intellectual property.

Customers retain ownership of their conversation recordings, transcripts, generated outputs, organizational memory records, and institutional knowledge assets.

Utteranz generates transcripts, discussion records, summaries, action items, and organizational memory artifacts.

Generated outputs should be reviewed by appropriate personnel when used for legal, regulatory, governance, compliance, financial, or policy decisions.

Original source recordings remain the authoritative reference.
